County Fair Environmental Education

image002.gif

Here is a bright new opportunity for Master Naturalists and Environmental Educators! I think the timing of the deadline prevented an organized effort [sic] from the Master Naturalists, but individual efforts will be rewarded with knowing they contributed AND having access to Kettlecorn, etc.

View the Flyer as a Word Document: Download file Or go straight to the Volunter Application Form, also a Word Document: Download file

The deadline for reserving a space for the fair is quickly approaching (July
27th).
I've enclosed a flyer on it and a sign up sheet if you are interested.
[See downloadable documents above.]
Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested.
Thank you,

The Coconino County Fair will have a new look this year with a
Conservation, Science and Sustainable Living Theme area. Part of this area
will be dedicated to hands-on activities for kids, hosted by NAU School of
Forestry. Local agencies, organizations and businesses are being recruited
to be part of this fun fair opportunity, and offers flexibility in
scheduling for your activity. Consider signing up for one or more days,
Friday, Sept 3 thru Monday, Sept 6; morning, early afternoon or late
afternoon time slots. Any subject is fair game as long as it teaches
natural resource conservation, is educational, and FUN!
