Project Learning Tree
On Tuesday, October 5th, a Project Learning Tree Workshop will be held at the U of A, Coconino County Cooperative Extension offices beginning at 8am and running until 5pm. This will be a Firewise workshop with an obvious emphasis on Forest Health and Wildfire. No cost to Master Naturalists and/or classroom teachers (see extended entry for details).
Requirements include giving a classroom presentation utilizing some of the curriculum drawn from the days activities or from some of the materials that you will be given. If you are there strictly for informational purposes, and won't be applying your knowledge to educational setting, a $15 fee will be assessed. Please register with Wade by Thursday (Sept. 30th) morning.
