Hart Prairie Workday and Open House
Master Naturalists,
Rebecca Garrett, Program Coordinator at The Nature Conservancy, has sent us this invitation to the 16 October work day and Open House. Maybe the last event at Hart Prairie for this season!
Naturalists,
I wanted to make sure you were all aware of our Hart Prairie Workday and Open House October 16. The workday will start at 9 am.
We particularly need your help with invasives removal on Fern Mountain, both on Nature Conservancy and Forest Service Property. A group from Shonto High will be helping us with this task, so if you would like to be part of this group, let me know! It will involve education about invasives, so your naturalist training would come in handy!
We also have our Open House from 2-4 that afternoon. It will be a great time to catch up from the summer and enjoy the preserve.
