Pat McEldowney demonstrates how the prairie dog's feet stick up in the air when they are left in the trap too long...

Class Presentations for graduation continued 18 November with these two interesting talks:

Pat McEldowney gave a great overview of Gunnison's Prairie Dog, (Cynomys gunnisoni,) and P-Dog research in the Flagstaff area. No prairie dogs were harmed in this presentation.

Larry Meyer really "bit the bullet" when the screen projector locked up, and gave his presentation on Backwoods Survival off-the-hardcopy, although it had been prepared as a Powerpoint Presentation. Very tough thing to do. He did this in an attempt to save the schedule. Alas, it didn't work. Remaining presentations had to be rescheduled.
