Interpretive Position, Williams Ranger District

A Guided Tour Inspects cliffdweller ruins in Walnut Canyon National Monument
The Williams Ranger District of the Kaibab National Forest is looking for someone with an interest in interpretation to present evening programs 2 times a week at the Campgrounds around Williams, AZ. Family programs to be presented weekly and other programs as needed.

Benefits:
· 12- 16 hours a week @ GS-4 salary ($11.81/hr.)
· Gain valuable experience in the field of interpretation
· Training in interpretation provided
· Meet intern requirements if needed

Requirements:
· Ideal availability: May 15 through September 3 (we can negotiate/adapt)
· Week end and evening work
· Ability to prepare and present evening program for audiences of 8-40 people
· Some communication experience
· Ability to perform well with minimal supervision
· Provide references
