NAZ Audubon Work Day RESCHEDULED!!
Note the date change to 9 April!!
Audubon Society's Northern Arizona Chapter is continuing its restoration work at Page Springs on Oak Creek. There is a volunteer work day coming up - Originally Saturday, March 26th, circumstances have pushed it to Saturday, April 9th. Workdays begin at 9am in the hatchery parking lot. We will be removing invasive vegetation and barbed-wire fence, spreading chips on trails, and planting native cottonwoods and willows. Bring gloves, hat, and water. Lunch is provided by Unisource (they are also providing manpower and machinery!) And you might want to bring your binoculars along too, because there are birds to see....
