AZGFemail_logo.gif
The second annual Arizona Game and Fish Wildlife Fair will be held on Saturday, May 21st from 10am to 3pm at St. Mary's School in Flagstaff. Volunteers are needed to man the Cooperative Extension table to provide materials and information to the many folks expected to attend.

The purpose of the fair is to give the community an opportunity to see and interact with represntatives from different organizations and agencies who are involved with wildlife management, conservation, environmental education and the outdoors. The format of the fair will include displays, booths, hands on activities for kids, live animals, and other miscellaneous hoopla.

At last years fair over 400 people attended, keeping Mary Scilleri, Linda Hall and myself hopping. It's a terrific fair, well worth attending, so even if you can not help out, please stop by, take in the exhibits and say hello.

If anyone would like to assist for a portion or all of the day to espouse the Master Naturalist program and bad-mouth invasive and noxious weeds, please let "da' man" know at next weeks CEU class or by email.
