Pull weeds, Plant, and eat Pizza
Willow Bend is having their second summer garden day. Please come join us this Saturday, 27 August, for a fun day in the gardens.
We will start with a tour of the Willow Bend Environmental Education Center and gardens and proceed to work from 8-11 am, with pizza to follow.
Major projects this Saturday will include:
--Elevating the Hummingbird Garden for proper drainage to suit the penstamens,
--Planting,
--And weeding.
Please bring gloves with you if possible.
No experience necessary and all are welcome.
Directions: Take Butler east from Milton rd. Take a right at the third stoplight onto Lonetree. Take your first left onto Sawmill Rd. Willow Bend is the first building on your right.
