Audubon Work Days at Page Springs

NAZ Audubon Blackhawk logoNorthern Arizona Chapter Audubon Society

Please join the Northern Arizona chapter of the Audubon Society (NAAS) for a volunteer work day at Page Springs Fish Hatchery Saturdays, November 5th and December 3 .

Please join NAAS for a volunteer work day at Page Springs Fish Hatchery on Saturdays, November 5th and December 3rd.  We'd love to have you both days, but join in the work either day if you can. Work will continue in restoring Page Springs to it's natural habitat by removing invasive species. Work will also continue on building the trails through the area for visitors to enjoy the restored habitat. We will remove invasive tree species, chip the branches and spread the chips on the trail. We will meet at the main parking lot at PSGH at 9 am and work until 3 pm. Lunch is provided by NAAS. Bring water, hat, clothing appropriate to the weather, and tools (shovel, rake etc.), and your strong friends.

Please contact Anita MacFarlane 928.282.4063 or email ajmac@sedona.net to let us know that you'll be there so we have enough food and tools! If you need directions Anita can provide that info as well.

Hope to see you there!
