San Francisco Peaks Weed Management Area Meeting

Thistle do for now.
Another meeting of the San Francisco Peaks Weed Management Area (SFPWMA) will occur out at Kachina Village/Mountainaire on Thursday, 25 May at 10 AM.
We will meet in the parking lot of Doc Raymond Park, which is directly adjacent to I-17 (8 miles south of Flagstaff) and go from there.
Those planning to attend are asked to bring a pair of gloves and your favorite shovel, as we may pop a few rosettes out of the ground as we walk. This is a very popular public access and pit stop for neo-tropical birds and the view-shed is pretty incredible. We will also take in a couple of other sites to examine populations of
Scotch & Musk Thistle that occur in the area.
