Images from the National Conference

Master Naturalist Trademarked Logo. The executive group decided in June to look at a new logo choices, but if they asked conference attendees, this one would probably win hands down.
Here are a handful of photos taken from the Master Naturalist Confernce this week in Flagstaff. The conference is over, but more and perhaps better images to may be donated.
Lou Verner, Virginia Master Naturalist Program, has the floor during a side meeting.

We had a good turning out of AZ Master Naturalist volunteers to help with conference setup, registration, and even A-V tech services. Thank you very much!

Lots of interesting and enthusiastic speakers sharing high points and lessons learned. Here are a few:

Trevor Needham, National Perspectives on Partners: National Fish & Wildlife Refuges.
Wade Albrecht and Rob Emanuel addressing some kind of blah, blah, blah about Arizona Master Naturalists and Watershed Stewards.
Heather Van Den Berg, Impact of the Michigan Conservation Stewards Program on Participants.
M. L. Robinson, Finding New Methods for Environmental Teaching in Prisons.

Here are some more random images:

What are they doing? I just don't know, and I don't want to know.
Rob Emanuel conducts from a chair this exercise about perceiving and assuming other peoples positions about issues.
