Starting Sunday, July 8, the Master Naturalist/Watershed Stewards will be setting up a table at the Flagstaff Community Market from 8 am until noon. This is a great volunteer opportunity for you to provide information about the program and its activities in and around Coconino County. If you haven’t been to the market yet, you’ll have the chance to sample local cheeses, fruits, and veggies, and meet up with the sizeable community gathering that takes place each week. The market is a good opportunity to get in some volunteer hours and share what you know and perhaps inspire a few more friendly folks to join Master Naturalist/ Watershed Stewards!

The market takes place on West Phoenix Avenue, between Butler and South Beaver Avenues-across from Fratelli’s Pizza and close to Biff’s Bagels. Opportunities for MN/MWS tabling will be available through October. For more information, contact Jessica at jlkagele@yahoo.com or Cynthia at warzecha@cals.arizona.edu.
