Monthly Herb Class in Flagstaff
Mike Masek, a member of the Arizona Native Plant Society will be teaching a monthly herb class in Flagstaff. It will meet all day, one Saturday each month from March thru October. The first meeting will discuss Colds, Coughs, Flu in the morning and Herbal Medicine Making in the afternoon. The topic on April 19 is Ayurvedic medicine from India. Classes will continue with information on infections, essential oils, depression and mental health, Chinese herbs, and plant walks around Flagstaff, Sedona, and Oak Creek Canyon.
