County residents:
The county will have compost bins available after April 17, 2006. If you live in the county, contact Jim Loper at 526-2735, x 34 to reserve or purchase a bin. The bins will be located at the Waste Tire Collection Site at 5701 E. Penstock on Wednesdays only from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
