Olivia White Hospice Garden Project

This week in the garden the crew from Foxglove Landscaping added the rest of the south gardens to the drip system - Rose garden, Faerie garden and those plants surrounding that area including the gazebo. Because of rains on Thursday only a few regulars (Karen Kent, Leslie Penick and myself) showed up to mulch the roses and begin spreading mulch throughout the gardens. The last of the tomatoes (green) were harvested and put in the garage for ripening. The crew also began clean-up following the installation of the drip system. We also put away the outdoor fountain and table/chairs for the winter.

Elsie Ellis came on Friday and helped to harvest our potato crop and the red runner beans. She also removed all the hummingbird feeders and cleaned them. I planted some lamb's ear that was removed in putting in the drip system.
