Urgent Need for Volunteers at MNA
URGENT HELP NEEDED AT THE MUSEUM OF NORTHERN ARIZONA
Native plants recently planted at the Easton Collection Center on the research campus of the Museum of Northern Arizona must be relocated before they are destroyed!!
Please help the MNA biology department as they attempt to relocate as many of these plants as possible into nurse beds located elsewhere on the museum campus.
When: Saturday, August 1st
8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Where: Meet at the MNA/Colton Community Garden
Directions to Garden: Head North on Fort Valley Rd. like you're heading to the museum. Turn right off of Fort Valley Rd. onto Winding Brooke Rd. following signs to Peaks Senior Living Community. Go straight instead of turning into the Peaks. Driveway will end in "T." Park at end of T or in lot on left. ***This is a festival weekend and parking will be tight. If you're coming with friends please consider carpooling***
What to bring: work clothes, close-toed shoes, sun hat, sunscreen, lunch, and work gloves
Refreshments will be provided!!!
