OSCR November workshops - Image Editing

During the month of November, Office of Student Computing Resources (OSCR) workshops are all about Image Editing.

OSCR workshops are free and open to everyone on campus: students, faculty and staff. We teach a wide variety of topics including in-depth multimedia.

November Workshops

The two-hour, hands-on workshops for November will include:

• Optimizing Images for WEB
• Photoshop Basics (print emphasis)
• Photoshop Basics (web emphasis)
• Photoshop Intermediate (web emphasis)
• Photoshop Prints

November Tool-A-Hoops

OSCR will also throw in some one-hour, lecture-style Tool-A-Hoops demonstrations:

• After Effects - Using masks
• Photoshop - Color Settings
• Photoshop - Using art fonts
• Podcasting with GarageBand
• Tips and tricks for web images

And of course, we will try to accommodate the ever-present requests for Dreamweaver, U-System and Digital Video Camera classes.
