New Residence Life Web site
The newly created UA Residence Life Web site for is now online after an extensive Learning Technologies Center redesign project.
Several LTC staffers were heavily involved in the project. Casey Ontiveras worked on the original design, which was implemented by Mike Martelle and Maritza Wright, and the pages were edited and organized Jan Knight. Katrina Jackson provided proof reading. The team worked for nine months to create a new, informative site about life in The University of Arizona residence halls.
Not only will you find basic room layouts on the site, but you can also see housing amenities and services, gather community living information and learn about campus housing processes to get settled into a compatible residence hall. Photos and virtual tours are available for all residence halls and some have video tours, as well.
Other Residence Life services, such as conference housing services for summer events and job openings at Residence Life, are also covered extensively.
You can check out this great new Web site at http://www.life.arizona.edu. The LTC is available to conduct usability tests on your campus Web site, offer suggestions to improve your existing site or design a site for your department from scratch. Contact Jan Knight at 626-1315 to begin explorations for your Web presence.
