UA Faculty and Staff Media Drop-Off

Beginning in January, UA faculty will be able to drop off media for LTC Audio and Video Production Services at several locations across campus.

Media types

Drop off locations, for now, are the LTC front desk up stairs in the Computer Center, OSCR Underground in the Integrated Learning Center (ILC), Engineering 318 and the La Paz computer lab, located at the southwest corner of the La Paz residence hall.

The media may include VHS, CD, DVD, mini DVD and audio tape. Media services could be conversion to another file format, digital file creation, preparation for podcasts, video duplication, dubbing or consulting.

Instructions for Faculty Media Drop-Off

1. You must complete a Service Request Form first. See instructions below
2. Wrap your media in a printed Service Request Form with a rubber band. Place the media in a manila envelope and put it in the LTC drop box at the drop off locations. If you require rubber bands or envelopes, please ask a staff member
3. Media will be picked up daily at 3:00pm, Monday - Friday except holidays
4. This service is for drop-offs only. You will still be required to pick up your original and copied media at the LTC

Instructions for completing the Media Services Request Form

1. Go to www.ltc.arizona.edu/srfs20/index.cfm. Click on Services Request Form System (SRFS)
2. You will be prompted to log in with your UA NetID and password
3. Scroll down to locate Media Services and choose from the one of four options
(Note: streaming video file requests require you to use the Other option)
4. Complete all required fields on the request form (those marked with red asterisks)
5. In the Service Description box, note that you are dropping off your media
6. Print two copies of the completed request form, one for your records and one for Media Services that you will wrap your media in. Be sure to include your materials
7. Click on the Submit Request button at the bottom of the screen
