Learning Technologies at UA Innovation Day
LTC, OSCR and CCIT-Research Computing Support combined to showcase UA Learning Technologies services at the March 27, 2007 Innovation Day at UA. The event was held in the Student Union ballroom and was attended by entrepreneurs, UA researchers, UA students displaying innovative research projects and associated vendors.
Aside from organizing the Learning Technologies booth at the expo, LTC's involvement included producing the five videos shown during the "UA at the Leading Edge" session and two videos shown during the Technology Innovation Awards Luncheon, as well as videotaping the event as a whole. The LTC media services group is also producing a promotional video and short documentary of the event.
LTC’s Robert Behnke, Ning Chen, Tony Gallego, Heather Lares, Luis Carlos Romero-Davis, Veronica Rodriguez and Theresa T-R McLaughlin were involved in the videotaping of the event and associated videos. Bruce Kaplan and Theresa T-R McLaughlin promoted LTC's services at the booth.
Mark Fischer, Josh Kanto and Gary Mackender were there for OSCR. Mark Borgstrom, Lucy Carruthers, Jimmy Ferng, Marvin Landis and Faith Vance were there for CCIT-Research Computing Support.
