OSCR Fall workshop schedule

Welcome back workshop fans. This Fall we will continue with our monthly themes for workshops. Read on to see what interests you.

Fall 2007 workshops are as follows:

  • August and September - Digital Video

  • October - Page Layout and Web Development

  • November - Digital imaging

  • December - Digital Audio
  • This selection came about based on patterns in requests for this Fall. Also, we are providing workshop support for the iFlick contest. This means we'll be going crazy with Digital Video and iMovie/iDVD workshops for the first couple of weeks of the semester, starting August 27.

Don't forget we now have an InDesign workshop. Look for postings in October. And in late September we'll have a flurry of Office productivity workshops. These will cover Excel, PowerPoint and Word. For those of you that have taken the plunge to Office 2007, we've got some Tool-a-Hoops designed to help make the transition with ease.

    You can register at www.oscr.arizona.edu/workshops

And, yes it's true, WE TAKE REQUESTS! So if you don't see what you need, when you need it, let us know! Post your requests on the forum or send me an email directly.

    Thanks.
