Take the Help Desk survey

24-Hour Help Desk Survey and Chance to Win an iPod Nano

There’s good news for anyone who’s had a computer crash in the middle of the night, with a project due the next day, or had wifi conk out after business hours.

Help Desk Survey

The Office of Student Computing Resources (OSCR) is working on a 24-hour-a-day/7-day-a-week help desk that will be open this Fall, to fulfill the 24-hour tech support the student body asked for when they voted for the IT Fee. OSCR wants to make sure the Help Desk features the services the student body wants.

Everyone wins

OSCR’s Help Desk Survey offers an opportunity for two students to win this spring and all students will win this fall!

The survey is available through StudentLink Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 11. Students can log into StudentLink, click the link on the left that says "Help Desk Survey," and take a few minutes to let OSCR know what kind of tech support they want to see.

Everyone who fills out the survey also gets a chance to win! OSCR will be giving 8-gigabyte iPod video nanos to two lucky students in a random drawing from survey participants.
