I was just browsing over the topics in EDUCAUSE's Podcast series and there seems to quite a variety of topics - something for everyone. For example, "Implementing, Supporting, and Maintaining Sakai" and "The Access Management Puzzle - Putting the Pieces Together"should appeal to programmers/developers. Those interested in processes and procedures and developing best practices will want to listen to "Things I’ve Screwed Up—and How!" and Brian L.
